I have a D5 form 2017 p3 with a d5244t20 engine - will the UCBP work for unlocking the ECM PIN?
No, this adaptor is for unlocking VEA engine control unit - 3 and 4 cyl. Volvo engines since 2014 - 2018 with DENSO engine control unit. Yours has BOSCH EDC17CP68 which is possible to unlock on the bench if you send ECU or with ECM Reload / upgrade from VIDA and "sniffing" the ECM PIN.
